IMPORTANT INFORMATION
WHBTC Membership Renewal
On March 1, 2025, all WHBTC memberships will be automatically renewed, and you will receive an invoice for your membership renewal.
MEMBERSHIP UPDATES & CHANGES
- Members turning 18 will be automatically charged the adult rate. If you are a full-time student, please email the office, with your student card, to qualify for the student rate.
- Members aged 65 and over, who have been part of the club for at least five years, now qualify for the senior membership rate.
- If your circumstances have changed (e.g., family or individual membership adjustments), please update your details using below link
- If no changes are required, no action is needed on your part.

SMARTCLUB CREDIT & TOP-UPS
Any SmartClub credit applied during the March 2024 renewal will expire on February 28, 2025. To avoid losing this credit, please ensure it is used before this date.
Top-ups that you have added to your SmartClub card at the bar or online will not be affected and will remain available.
