Winter Tennis Coaching
Our Tennis Programme for Adults & Juniors is available to book directly by contacting Coach Emil Klosinski. The Winter/Spring Term commences on Monday 13th January x 10 weeks. Emil Klosinski is an registered Tennis Ireland Level 2 Coach with Garda Vetting and Child Safeguarding. Coaching in WHBTC is only accessible to club members. Talbot Hotel Winter Doubles
Wexford Harbour Boat & Tennis Club Redmond Road, WexfordThe Talbot Hotel Winter Doubles League will commence on Monday 20th January, running for five weeks, until Finals Night on Saturday 22nd February. The League will have Ladies & Gents Doubles with three classes - 2/3, 4/5, and 6/7 - subject to the number of entries. If entries don't meet the required quota, classes will be merged. Players can choose their own partner or enter with 'Partner Wanted' and the Tennis Committee will arrange pairings. To keep the league interesting, players are encouraged to play with someone they don't ordinarily enter competitions with and are not permitted to enter with anyone they have reached a final with in any competition, internal or external, in 2024. Talbot Hotel Spring Singles League – Members Only
The Talbot Hotel Spring Singles League is a brand new format in place of the former Austin Channing Singles League and is open for entries until Tuesday 6th March @ 6pm 1. Entries can be made online via the link below or by texting Tournament Referee Muireann Nagle 086 1953225. 2. Closing date for entries is 6.00pm on Thursday, 6th March 2025. 3. League runs from Monday, 10th March to Friday, 18th April 2025. 4. Players will be in groups of 7 giving each player 6 weeks to play their 6 group games before league ends. 5. All matches will be scheduled. If a scheduled match cannot be played please text 086 602 7658 to cancel the slot and make it available to other members. All matches must be played before 18th April. 6. All matches are the best of 3 sets (tiebreaker at 6-6 in Sets 1 & 2). The third set will be a championship tie break (first player to 10 points with a 2-point lead). 7. 1 point will be awarded for each set won. Walkovers given will be scored as 6-4, 6-4 to the receiver of the walkover for the purpose of calculating the event winners.…

Easter Tennis Camps

This is an ideal way for Junior Members to meet, develop their skills, and make new friends. Non-members of the club are welcome to join Easter Camps so why not bring a friend and introduce them to the game!
