IMPORTANT INFORMATION WHBTC Membership Renewal On March 1, 2025, all WHBTC memberships will be automatically renewed, and you will receive an invoice for your membership renewal. MEMBERSHIP UPDATES & CHANGES Members turning 18 will be automatically charged the adult rate. If you are a full-time student, please email the office, with your student card, to qualify for the student rate. Members aged 65 and over, who have been part of the club for at least five years, now qualify for the senior membership rate. If your circumstances have changed (e.g., family or individual membership adjustments), please update your details using below link If no changes are required, no action is needed on your part. CHANGES TO MEMBERSHIP SMARTCLUB CREDIT & TOP-UPS Any SmartClub credit applied during the March 2024 renewal will expire on February 28, 2025. To avoid losing this credit, please ensure it is used before this date. Top-ups that you have added to your SmartClub card at the bar or online will not be affected and will remain available.

Already having achieved Clubmark Gold, Tennis Ireland’s highest accreditation for the standard of tennis clubs in Ireland, WHBTC were thrilled to win Outstanding Club of the Year at the Leinster Tennis Awards in December. This award recognises the continuous investment in our club facilities, our inclusive schedule of leagues and events , community outreach programmes such as Parks Tennis & Enjoy Tennis, our ongoing participation in Leinster League events (now both Senior & Junior) and a commitment to player development with our coaching programme.   None of this is possible without our voluntary committees, present and past, who go above and beyond when it comes to having a fantastic club for all of our members to enjoy.
