🎾 Fahy Plumbing Supplies Team Tennis is Back 🎾

Dates: 9th – 21st June 2025 | Finals & BBQ: Friday 21st June from 6pm

One of our most popular and sociable tennis events of the year is back, it’s time to round up your teammates, and get ready for some friendly competition!

This two-week Team Tennis Competition is open to members and non-members alike and wel

comes players of all abilities. Whether you’re a regular on the court or haven’t played in a few years, this is the perfect event to get back into the swing of things. With a novice section available, it’s ideal for those who want to enjoy the game in a fun and relaxed way.

Why Enter?

• Sociable team format (2 men + 2 ladies per team)

• Great way to meet other players and build match confidence

• Junior players welcome in Premier Class (max 2 per team, subject to Committee approval)

• Finals night BBQ for all players – just €5 per person!

📝 Key Information:

• Each team will consist of 2 ladies and 2 men

• Minimum of 4 teams per class

• Teams keep same positions throughout tournament

• Order of play: Men’s Doubles (11 games), Ladies Doubles, 1st Mixed, 2nd Mixed (10 games each)

• Scoring: Win = 2 pts, Draw = 1 pt, Loss = 0. Total 8 points per match

• Subs allowed: 1 lady + 1 man per team; must be same grade or lower

• Entry fee: €40 per team, payable before your first match

• Finals Night: 21st June from 6pm, followed by BBQ (open to all players – €5)
