Club Facilities
Our clubhouse is uniquely positioned overlooking the River Slaney, offering members some of the best views in Wexford Town.
Our members bar serves a full selection of drinks, along with sourdough pizzas, tea/coffee and scones, when open.
Club Facilities
- Outside opening hours, the bar is available for members to meet and have tea/coffee.
- The clubhouse also has a dance floor and is available for use by members for private parties and events.
- We have changing room facilities with showers for members use.
- We also have a Junior Room, a dedicated space, available to all juniors – a place to play table tennis, do homework or chill out with friends.
Tennis Facilities
Our club consists of 6 tennis courts, four of which are Domo® Topspin.
Domo® Topspin is a pioneering playing surface developed by Domo Sports Grass and widely used throughout Europe and two are Artificial Clay. All courts are equipped with lighting for evening play.
Tennis Facilities
Members have access to court bookings, professional coaching, and an annual schedule of tournaments.
Whether you’re training for a competition or playing socially, our facilities cater to all levels.
- We have regular Adult competitions throughout the year and host the Wexford Senior Open Competition each August weekend.
- Our tennis pro runs regular clinics and is also available for one to one coaching.
- Each Summer we run tennis camps for our juniors and host the Wexford Junior Open each August.
- After school coaching is provided by our pro throughout the school year with regular junior tennis sessions each weekend.
Junior Tennis
Wexford Harbour Boat & Tennis Club have a vibrant Junior Tennis Programme, organised by the Junior Committee. Juniors are welcome to begin coaching from Age 6+ and in addition to learning how to play tennis, juniors can avail of fun Saturday events with the committee.

Watersports Facilities
Enjoy direct access to Wexford Harbour with our watersports facilities.
Waterports facilities include secure boat storage, pontoon access, and the use of a lifting crane. From sailing to powerboating to kayaking, our club provides everything you need for a safe and enjoyable experience on the water.
- The club has a fleet of dinghies and safety boats.
- Along with our slipway we also have a pontoon and mooring for larger boats.
- We have a crane rated for the launch of boats up to 7 tonne.
- Washing and storage facilities for boats, engines, sails, kayak etc.
- We are an ISA Accredited training centre and run an extensive programme of Sailing, Powerboat and theory courses such as Yachtmaster and VHF Radio Courses.
- Our Summer Sailing programme normally runs for 6 weeks for children aged 6 and over.
- We run a Winter Sailing Series every Sunday from November to March and have regular coaching sessions for Junior sailors.
